why carpark caddy

Carpark Caddy has been designed to aid in storing all types of conceivable 
household items like golf clubs, travel bags, old clothes, christmas trees, 
surfboards, bikes, furniture, tools and much more. 

Constructed for buildings with high fire regulations, Carpark Caddy storage 
units adhere to the more stringent Victorian standards. Featuring OPTIONAL roofing panels with 20mm 
diameter holes which cover over 50% of the roof, in cases of fire water can enter the storage unit to extinguish the flame.

By including extra roofing panels, we have future 
proofed the constitution of the storage unit should this ruling be 
implemented into Queensland. 

Furthermore, Carpark Caddy is supplied in both cement grey (Pewter Pearl), Satin 
Black or Oyster Grey which presents as cream. These three colours are predominantly used within residential apartments developed by Mirvac, 
and more.
